YHAI-Telangana Chairman Sri SBV Yadav and Secretary Sri Bh Bhavani Shankar went to the All India Radio for a talk on Youth Hostels Association of India and its activities in their famous program called ‘thousand wala’ on Rainbow FM 101.9 on 28-11-2019.
The program was a live talk at 8:30 hours and it lasted for 30 minutes. The interview was done by RJ Santosh and conversation went like a nice chat between two learned individuals.
Most of the conversation was about what is YHAI, its activities that help people at large including youth and those who start another journey after their retirement. During the course of interview, the Chairman, YHAI, TELANGANA narrated the genesis and spread of YHAI in India as well as across the Globe.
The interview was a live and informative talk focusing on the activities taken up at National, State and Unit levels under YHAI. Apart from this, the chairman also spoke about the benefits of being a life member and a Traveller along with YHAI.

In the conversation it was very clearly explained to the audience of All India Radio that travel gives an entirely different and deep understanding of life and environment; thereby people who to take part in organised programs get exposed and knowledge to the different circumstances, people, cultures food habits at YHAI.
During the talk, it was also very clearly informed that, YHAI, apart from organizing treks and tours, also focus on maintaining Swachh Bharat providing voluntary support to the Forest Department in doing activities like Tiger census, waterfall census, forest clean-up activities etc.
Given the time available, the chairman Telangana Gave all relevant information to the people about the organisation as well appreciated the efforts of 101.9 rainbow FM Hyderabad for their initiative to involve people with knowledge relevant to the youth.
Towards conclusion, it was informed to the public that there are very historical and very beautiful areas of nature in the state of Telangana like water falls, forest treks, nature study camps etc., and the team YHAI, Telangana has very talented and experienced group to help those who want to explore and experience the best of it.
In the end, as a message to the youth, it was conveyed that one has to go back to the nature, do their part to protect it, thereby letting the future generations get more views and better life from the mother nature.
Once again, the support of All India Radio Rainbow FM Hyderabad was highly appreciated and a word of gratitude was also given to the organisers.
